Records that can corroborate a Suno relationship
The public intake records claimed proof categories. Hall Attorneys must still review originals before relying on them.
Account evidence
Preserve original registration, login, verification, support, cancellation, and account emails. For phone-based accounts, keep screenshots showing the account relationship without sharing a password or one-time code.
Subscription and payment evidence
Keep Suno or Stripe receipts, invoices, billing-history screenshots, and cancellation or refund records. Redact full card and bank-account numbers.
Platform activity
Preserve library screenshots, song or project URLs, creation dates, exports, subscription-tier records, and account settings that connect the activity to your account.
Impact evidence
Save suspicious messages, login alerts, disputed charges, fraud reports, replacement-card records, expenses, and a dated log of response time. Keep original files and headers when possible.
